I’m Rachael!

And I create content for people (specifically women) who want to stop feeling busy and start feeling productive. 

I had my girls young.

Mina was born the day before I turned 22 and Josie just 2 years later. I was still in university at the time pursuing my bachelor’s degree and between, parenting, school, appointments and a serving job, I developed a love of agendas and planning. This is a passion that I hope to share with you as it has been HUGE in making me a capable human being.

I later dove into a career in marketing and eventually started my own businesses in the sales industry as well as in talent recruitment. Being a business owner with kids was possible due to my planning habits and enhanced by learning to meal plan and prep!

Work, food, and family have been the things that really take up most of my time. Luckily, they are also the things that I generally like the most as well.

That’s why I’m sharing it all here with you. I want you to be the most productive, happy, person you can be by giving you back more time to do the things you love!

I’m committed to providing you tons of resources that will help you set goals, build habits and plan your days in a way that’s not only effective but fun too.
